DELIVERY POLICY
- Deliveries are free for orders above €50 for Malta and Gozo.
- Orders under this value will incur a €5 delivery surcharge.
- Deliveries are strictly up to main door at the ground floor.
- Deliveries required to any floors above ground floor will require a furniture lifter which will be organized and paid by the customer.
- Delivery times are on weekdays between 1pm-7pm. A specific time frame cannot be guaranteed.
- Installation is not offered.
RETURNS POLICY
- Should you wish to return any items you may do so within 15 days of purchase and only if they are unused and in their original packaging together with purchase receipt or order form.
- Returning any goods entitles you to a credit note of the same purchase value, and not a cash refund.
- Returns of pram systems and strollers will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
- For hygienic reasons, baby wear and maternity wear items may not be returned.
- A full refund will only be given in the exceptional circumstance of a miscarriage, which must be verified by a medical professional in writing.
LOYALTY SCHEME
Welcome to Nursery Direct’s Loyalty Card Scheme!
How it works:
Each €10 spent at our outlet will earn the loyalty card holder 1 heart shaped stamp. Collect a total of 50 stamps (that’s €500 worth) and we’ll be giving you a €30 voucher to spend on your next purchase! These are the terms and conditions of the loyalty scheme:
- Use of the loyalty card is applicable to purchases made at the outlet only.
- The loyalty card is not applicable to travel systems, strollers and furniture items.
- The loyalty scheme and voucher rewarded cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or items on sale. Use of the loyalty scheme with gift vouchers and/or gift receipts is also not allowed.
- The period of validity of the €30 voucher is of 6 months.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Nursery Direct gift vouchers are presented in a neat and cute package which will be well received by the mum-to-be. Personalise each voucher with your own message inside.
